Daniel Kagan is a seasoned trial lawyer with over three decades of experience in plaintiff personal injury and product liability law at Berman & Simmons since July 1989. As a trial lawyer and shareholder, Daniel Kagan has focused on serious and complex cases involving wrongful death, products liability, and professional negligence. In addition, Daniel Kagan serves as a Senior Governor for the American Association for Justice, advocating for injured persons and the preservation of victims' rights. Daniel Kagan has also held the role of Governor and Past President of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, promoting the civil justice system and excellence in trial advocacy. Daniel Kagan earned a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a French minor from Middlebury College.
