Blake K. Smith Msn

Blake K. Smith MSN, RN serves as the Communications Chair on the Board of Directors for Nurses on Boards Coalition and as a Commission Member for the American Nurses Association's National Commission to Address Racism in Nursing. Blake is the founder and blog writer for Legacy of a Leader, a platform designed for emerging leaders. Additionally, Blake has held multiple leadership roles within the American Association for Men in Nursing, including Immediate Past President, President, and President Elect, advocating for the advancement of men in nursing and their health. Currently a Clinical Documentation Senior Analyst at Nebraska Medicine, Blake has also contributed to various committees focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion in nursing. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nursing Health Systems Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a BSN from Nebraska Methodist College.
