Greg Williams

Greg Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Greg is currently working as a Data Analyst/Programmer at AAIS (American Association of Insurance Services) since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Marketing Analytics at Gexa Energy from September 2019 to April 2022.

From January 2015 to September 2019, Greg worked at Direct Energy as the Manager of Sales & Marketing Reporting & Analytics. In this role, they implemented Tableau Server as the reporting and data visualization tool for the Sales & Marketing Organization, improving efficiency and replacing Excel reports.

Before joining Direct Energy, from May 2013 to January 2015, Greg held the position of Senior Analyst, Acquisition & Retention Marketing at Constellation. Greg was responsible for managing campaigns to increase acquisition and reduce attrition. Greg also improved processes for government aggregation campaigns using SAS.

Additionally, Greg served as a Team Lead, Customer Operations at Constellation from March 2009 to May 2013. Greg supervised a team of analysts, provided performance reports, and ran metrics reports for the team.

Prior to Constellation, Greg worked at MXenergy as an Analyst, Customer Experience from March 2008 to March 2009. Greg managed customer transactions and resolved problems related to transactions between MXenergy and utilities.

Greg's early career experience includes roles at Wells Fargo Bank. Greg served as a Service Manager 2 from March 2003 to March 2008, managing the teller services function and achieving sales through quality referrals. Greg also worked as a Personal Banker from March 2002 to March 2003, managing customer portfolios and cross-selling financial products.

Greg Williams earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Greg later pursued further education at the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2009 to 2011, completing their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance.
