Logan Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and property management industries. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at BN Mortgage since October 2022, and as a Community Manager at Berkshire since June 2022, Logan has demonstrated expertise in managing staff transitions and achieving low delinquency rates in rent and debt collections. Previous roles include Community Manager at Bluestone Properties and Sherman Residential, where effective management of assets and collections was a focus. Logan has also held several Mortgage Loan Officer positions at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, and Security National Mortgage, consistently providing exceptional customer service and driving repeat business.
