Mindy Bass

Mindy Bass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing and procurement, particularly within the sports merchandise industry. Serving as a Notary Public since July 2016 for the American Association of Notaries, Mindy has also held various roles at Fanatics from September 2010 to September 2023, including Sourcing Manager and Procurement Manager. Key responsibilities included strategic source development, negotiation with suppliers, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Mindy has supported product management processes, developed supplier scorecards, and monitored supply chain performance metrics. Mindy also has experience as an Associate Product Line Manager and in retail services, complemented by foundational roles in administrative support and financial operations.
