Tristan Tham is an Assistant Professor in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Stanford University since July 2024. In addition to academic responsibilities, Tristan serves as an Associate Editor and Editorial Board Member for the American Academy of Otolaryngology's publication 'Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.' Tristan has also contributed as a peer reviewer for various journals, including OTO Open and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Previously, Tristan held several roles at Northwell Health, including Director of Patient Oriented Research and Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, complemented by internship experience at Singapore General Hospital and Columbia University Medical Center. Notable editorial leadership experience includes founding the International Journal of Medical Students and serving as Junior Editor for the McGill Journal of Medicine.
