Drew Gilmore

Drew Gilmore is an experienced professional with extensive involvement in real estate and project delivery, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member, International Director, and President of the IRWA Chapter 13, Buckeye Chapter. Drew has been with the Ohio Department of Transportation since August 2007, holding positions such as Administrator of the Office of Real Estate and Realty Specialist III, focusing on real estate negotiations for right-of-way projects and tax exemptions. Additional roles include participation in AASHTO's Project Delivery Expert Task Force and Vice Chair of the Committee on Right of Way, Utilities, and Outdoor Advertising Control. In addition, Drew leads the Telecommunications and Right of Way Working Group at DriveOhio. Educationally, Drew holds a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BA in Communications and Spanish from The Ohio State University, complemented by certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
