Christopher S. Moore, Ph.D., is an accomplished astrophysicist at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian since December 2017, focusing on the study of stellar atmospheres, particularly the solar corona, utilizing X-ray, UV, and visible light. With a robust background that includes roles as a postdoctoral researcher, space technology research fellow at NASA, and research assistant at both the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics and the Center for Astrophysics and Space Astronomy, Christopher has contributed to significant projects involving solar physics and advanced optical coatings for satellite missions.
