Luke Pidgeon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luke started their career in 2001 as a General Contractor, where they managed all labor duties, issued bids and billings, and handled bookkeeping and payroll for both commercial and residential projects. In 2012, Luke joined El Paso Independent Auto Auction as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing outside operations such as vehicle registration and arbitration. Luke then progressed to the role of Assistant General Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with dealers, financial institutions, and government agencies. In 2015, Luke was promoted to the position of General Manager, a role in which they continued to manage customer relationships and attended industry conferences and trainings. Most recently, in 2023, Luke joined America's Group as the Regional Vice President for the West Region.
Luke Pidgeon attended St. Martins University from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Lower Columbia College from 1998 to 2000, focusing on Business Management. In addition, Luke has obtained several certifications including Chairman of the Board at NAAA Western Chapter, NAAA Warren Young Fellow, NAAA Western Chapter President, Auction Academy Graduate, and NAAA Structural Damage Overview.
