TITLE: DEAN OF STUDENTS
REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL OR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Primary Purpose:
The Dean of Students is responsible for managing department staff as directed by the Principal. Responsibilities include program management, discipline, and professional development on classroom management and implementation of procedures and guidelines for an ISS program.

Qualifications:
Native English speaker preferred.
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and employees.
Have a strong understanding of higher education institution policies.
Strong leadership skills.
Computer literacy skills.
