Art Hernandez is a highly experienced bilingual mortgage banker and consultant with a robust career in the banking and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Bilingual Mortgage Banker at American Bank and a Senior Bilingual Home Loan Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and The Mortgage Link Inc., Art focuses on originating mortgage loans, customizing loan programs, and educating first-time home buyers. Additionally, Art holds leadership roles as President and Founder of NAHREP Metro DC, promoting the interests of Hispanic real estate professionals, and has been actively involved with various community organizations including the Hillwood Estate GLBT Advisory Committee and the DC Center.
