Nicole Nikodem, CMP, has over 16 years of experience in meeting planning, currently serving as Meetings Manager for the Business Law Section at the American Bar Association since January 2007. Responsibilities include supervising a Meetings Assistant, managing logistics for multiple large-scale events, and overseeing an annual budget of up to $1 million. Notable achievements include coordinating numerous meetings, developing vendor relationships, and detailed budget monitoring. Prior roles at the American Bar Association included Meeting Planner for the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division, where Nicole managed annual meetings and contracts. Additionally, Nicole contributed as Co-Chair of the Student Affairs Committee for MPI from July 2010 to July 2012. Nicole holds a BA in Economics and Business from Knox College, earned in 2006.
