Anna Mercado Clark, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, currently serves as President of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and as a Partner at Phillips Lytle LLP, where leadership focuses on data security, privacy, e-discovery, and commercial litigation. In addition to these roles, Anna holds various positions within the American Bar Association, including Vice Chair of the Membership and Diversity Committee and Co-Chair of the Privacy and Computer Crime Committee. Anna also contributes to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School, co-developing a course on Privacy and Cybersecurity. Anna's previous experience includes roles as an Associate at Wilson Elser and an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office, complemented by academic credentials from Fordham University School of Law and Rutgers University. Anna is recognized as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
