Bryce Allison has a comprehensive work experience that spans various roles and industries. Bryce began their career as a Software Engineer at a Software Consulting company, Manikos Consulting, and later went on to become the Director of Software Engineering. Bryce co-founded Vertical Symmetry Digital Solutions, where they served as the Director of Software Engineering, overseeing the development of a multi-site content management system. In 2007, they joined The Hebrew University as a Software Developer and Research Assistant, providing research assistance for ancient Jewish and Christian literature.

In 2010, Bryce transitioned to Deloitte Consulting as a Systems Integration Consultant, managing large-scale system integration projects in the Public Sector. Bryce then joined the American Bible Society, where they had various roles including Senior Manager, Digital Engagement and Senior Manager, Global Product Management and Software Engineering. In their most recent position as the Executive Director of the Digital Bible Lab, they led the development and implementation of global Scripture technology products.
