Stephen Kao

Stephen Kao began their work experience in 1998 at Prison Fellowship, where they held the roles of Director of Research and Justice Fellowship Director of Research & Communications. In 2000, they joined Gammon & Grange, P.C. as the Director of Corporate and Transactional Practice, where they provided corporate counsel, oversaw crisis management, and developed corporate templates. In 2015, they moved on to the American Bible Society, initially serving as Deputy General Counsel and later becoming the Chief Legal Officer. Currently, they are working at Legacy Estate Planning, PLLC as Of Counsel.

Stephen Kao has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Stephen also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Attorney and Counselor from The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Attorney and Counselor from the Virginia State Bar, Attorney and Counselor from the North Carolina State Bar, and certification from the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
