Kevin Joldersma

Kevin Joldersma is an experienced psychometrician with a robust background in assessment development and measurement. Currently serving as Principal Psychometrician at the American Board of Emergency Medicine since December 2014, Kevin has previously held key positions such as Senior Psychometrician at Questar Assessment, and Director of Test Development Services at Second Language Testing Inc. (SLTI). With extensive experience in psychometric analysis, test development, and leadership across various organizations, Kevin has contributed significantly to educational assessment projects and has provided psychometric support on state contracts. Kevin holds a PhD in Measurement and Quantitative Methods from Michigan State University, a MA in Hispanic Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BA in Spanish and Political Science from Hope College.
