Anthony Sparks

Anthony Sparks, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in psychometrics and research, currently serving as the Manager of Psychometrics and Research at the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anthony held positions as a Senior Psychometrician and Psychometrician at American Medical Technologists from October 2021 to March 2023. Anthony's academic career includes serving as a STEM Researcher and Research Coordinator at Southern Methodist University, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, team management, and statistical consultations on various projects. Earlier experience includes teaching high school mathematics at Wake County Public School System and Guilford County Schools. Anthony earned a Ph.D. in Education and an MS in Statistics from Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M University, respectively, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Education and Mathematics.
