Deb Dd Gass

Deb DD Gass is a seasoned professional in camp administration and educational program development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since October 2013, Gass has served as the Director of Camps and School-Age Services at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City, and previously held the position of Day Camp Director. In addition, Gass has contributed as a volunteer for the American Camp Association since 1985, where involvement includes training and standards evaluation. Past roles include Day Camp Manager at Camp Fire Alaska, Director of Program Planning & Effectiveness at Camp Fire National Headquarters, and Assistant Executive Director at Camp Fire Heart of the Hawkeye, showcasing a strong background in program development, staff training, volunteer management, and compliance with accreditation standards. Gass holds a B.S. in Education from Simpson College, obtained between 1975 and 1979.
