Alissa Crispino

Alissa Crispino has extensive experience in advocacy communications and policy. Alissa currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Advocacy Communications and Policy at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN), where they lead policy, media advocacy, and communications strategy. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Vice President of Advocacy Communications and Policy and Vice President of Media Advocacy and Communications at ACS CAN. Alissa has also worked as a Director at FTI Consulting and as a Senior Reporter/Weekend Anchor at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. Alissa began their career as a Senior Bureau Chief at WPBN/WTOM TV.

Alissa Crispino (she/her) holds a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University, which they obtained in 2001. Alissa also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University in the years 1997 to 2001.
