David Griffith

David Griffith serves as the Executive Vice President of IT and Chief Information Security Officer at the American Cancer Society since January 2020. Previously, Griffith held positions as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Diversey, where responsibilities included a global digital transformation application roadmap, and Vice President of IT, Enterprise Applications and Development at LabCorp, overseeing FDA compliance for software development. At Octapharma, Griffith was Executive Director of Enterprise Applications & Development, where a strategic technical roadmap was developed to support global needs, while also implementing various systems to enhance sales and donor engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Business Applications & Software Development at Sonic Automotive, managing significant budgets to innovate the customer buying experience. David Griffith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Minor in Physics from Appalachian State University.
