Lillian Chi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operations and compliance within the investment management sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at American Capital Management, Inc. since March 2020, Lillian previously held senior operational roles including Head of Operations & Compliance at McClain Value Management, LLC from May 2011 to February 2020, and VP, Head of Operations at First Republic Investment Management from March 2006 to April 2011. Additionally, Lillian contributed to operational excellence as VP of Operations at Epoch Investment Partners from 2004 to 2006 and served as Portfolio Administrator at Reich & Tang from 1995 to 2001.
