As an Operations Manager from August 2008 to April 2012, they successfully managed the sale and exit of the Synchronizer Business and the setup and startup of the Four Wheel Drive Component lines. Additionally, they managed the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Materials, and Safety departments with P & L responsibility. Earlier in their career, Brett held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Borg Warner Automotive from January 2006 to August 2008.

Brett Hunter obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree from Miami University between 1977 and 1981. Brett continued their education at Indiana Wesleyan University, where they completed their Masters of Business Administration from 2007 to 2009.
