Nathaniel Newbill

Nathaniel Newbill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the customer service and support sectors. Currently serving as Director of the Client Contact Center at American Century Investments since October 2022, Nathaniel has successfully improved performance metrics significantly, enhancing customer experience for over 400,000 contacts annually. Prior to this, Nathaniel held various director positions at H&R Block from 2008 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing operations for franchise support, leading large teams, and implementing strategic plans to optimize service delivery. Nathaniel's career began at Sprint Center in a team leadership role, and Nathaniel is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
