Sarah Cossa

Sarah Cossa is Senior Vice President and Co-Chief People Officer, leading HR strategy with Co-Chief People Officer Diane Gallagher. Working from the firm's New York City office, Ms. Cossa serves as the HR representative on the Management Committee and leads talent acquisition, HR business partnerships, HR operations and analytics and compensation and benefits.

Ms. Cossa's career began at Citigroup and has taken her to Capital Group, Allianz Global Investors and Selendy & Gay before joining American Century Investments® in 2021 as vice president and head of HR business partnerships.

Ms. Cossa has 20 years of business and HR experience improving organizations and outcomes aligned with corporate initiatives. Her data-driven insights and problem-solving skills have created more than $1 million in savings to routine HR processes. In recognition of her performance at Allianz Global Investors, she was one of 20 female executives accepted into the 2018 Korn Ferry Advancing Women in Leadership program.

Ms. Cossa graduated from Drew University with a degree in economics. She earned her NJ Life Insurance and FINRA series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 licenses. She holds certifications in finance management and data analytics from Cornell University and is a Member of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, HR Leadership Group.
