Muskan Gupta

Muskan Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Muskan started their career at Crazy for Success Foundation as an HR- Talent acquisition specialist from May 2020 to August 2020. Muskan then worked at Andwill Group as an HR- Talent acquisition specialist from April 2021 to May 2021. Following this, they served as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator at BridgeLabz from June 2021 to October 2021. Muskan then worked as a Technical Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. from May 2022 to September 2022, where they managed the recruitment process and collaborated with external agencies to identify new talent. Currently, they are employed at American Chase as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter since June 2023.

Muskan Gupta completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Prestige Institute of Management & Research in Gwalior, which took place from 2017 to 2020. Muskan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Personal Administration-HR from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023. Muskan Gupta also obtained certifications in Certified Human Resource Management Practitioner from Talent Shapers in April 2022 and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in February 2022.
