Don Dawson

Don Dawson is an accomplished IT professional with over 15 years of experience in technology solutions analysis, design, and implementation. Currently, as a Senior IT Support at the American Chemistry Council since September 2007, Don specializes in SCCM, print management, and Microsoft Windows support. Previous experience includes roles at AES Corporation and the Library of Congress, where Don provided IT services and support, performing system administration and software installation tasks. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management and Data Processing from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a High School Diploma from West Craven High.
