Jackie Bessette

Jackie Bessette is an experienced professional in member engagement and business development, currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement and Management at the American Coatings Association since May 2022. Previously, Jackie held the position of Business Development Manager at The Moery Company, where success relied on understanding industry dynamics and qualifying leads. Jackie also contributed significantly to the Door and Hardware Institute as Membership Development Manager, successfully launching a Corporate Membership Tier program that resulted in 600 new members. Early career roles include Manager of Communications and Administration at The Acheson Group and Manager of Communications and Business Development at Leavitt Partners, as well as various positions focused on communication and membership growth across multiple organizations. Jackie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from George Mason University.
