Steven Thomas Simonovich has over 30 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Steven Thomas most recently served as the Head of Call Center & Sales Operations at American Collectors Insurance, where they were responsible for achieving sales goals, customer care, quality assurance, workforce planning, and technology transformation. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Service & Monitoring Operations at Affiliated Monitoring, overseeing daily operations and continuous improvement of multiple sites. Steven has also held leadership positions at United Nations Federal Credit Union, Safilo, PNY Technologies, and Medco Containment Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong emphasis on customer experience, employee satisfaction, and corporate performance.
Steven Thomas Simonovich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.) from Seton Hall University. Steven Thomas also obtained a Technical Degree in Business Computer Programming from the Computer Processing Institute. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Seton Hall University. Additionally, they have several certifications including American Society for Training & Development, Call Center Industry Advisory Council, Certified Call Center Professional Online (CCCP), Certified Customer Experience Professional, Contact Center Strategy, ISO 9001 Master - Quality Certification, International Customer Service Association, Lean Six Sigma Green (ICBB), OES, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
