Kathryn J. Pollard is currently working as a Research Projects Manager at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Prior to this role, Kathryn J. has been an Adjunct Faculty at the University of New England and an Instructor at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Kathryn is also a Co-founder of Sustainable Diet, a program that supports individuals in transitioning to a whole food plant-based diet. With a background in conference planning and a degree in Mass Communication from the University of California, Berkeley, Kathryn is a dedicated speaker on plant-based nutrition and health at various conferences. Kathryn J. holds a Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences.
