Fredrick Jones began their work experience in 2007 as a Staff Accountant at the Maryland Food Bank. Fredrick processed daily deposits, managed customer requests, and assisted with financial statements and audits. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Staff Accountant at B&B Lighting Supply, Inc., where they reconciled accounts and managed accounts payable and receivable. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Staff Accountant at Global Medical, where they handled accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. In 2013, they joined Baltimore Healthy Start, Inc. as a Staff Accountant, responsible for financial statements and payroll allocation. Since 2014, Fredrick has been with American Community Management, initially as an Accounting Portfolio Analyst. Fredrick later became the Assistant Controller and eventually the Vice President of Accounting. In these roles, they oversaw staff, managed accounting operations, and conducted board meetings and trainings on financial management.
