Brian McCartie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and healthcare consulting. Currently a volunteer at American Corporate Partners since 2022, Brian has been the Managing Partner at Avoca Search since 2018, where the firm specializes in executive search and related consulting services. Previously, Brian served as Vice President and Managing Director at The Advisory Board Company, focusing on healthcare organizations navigating risk-based payment solutions. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at Culbert Healthcare Solutions, where Brian supported healthcare organizations in operational improvements, and earlier positions as VP of Business Development at Cejka Search and Regional Marketing Manager at Cross Country Travcorps. Brian holds a Dip in International Marketing from Boston University and a BA (HONS) in Banking & Finance from Ulster University.
