Mike Killmer is a Certified Auditor for the American Correctional Association since December 2021 and currently serves as a key figure at the North Carolina Department of Public Safety since August 2016, where contributions include successfully leading two facilities to achieve 100% compliance for ACA Accreditation and preparing the Central Office of Industries for an upcoming ACA audit. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Assessor, Policy Development Analyst, and Consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice, where oversight encompassed daily operations, budget management, and development of correctional policies across multiple facilities. With extensive experience in security audits, procedural modifications, and industrial management, Mike Killmer has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and compliance in correctional settings.
