Daphne Bryant

Daphne Bryant is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in membership engagement, business development, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Membership & MO Services and Executive Director of the Research Institute at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Daphne is responsible for membership recruitment and retention and oversees research initiatives that provide industry insights. Prior to ACEC, Daphne held positions at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), where roles included Executive Director of the Foundation and Senior Vice President of Business Development, focusing on global sales and membership growth. Daphne's earlier career includes leadership positions at the GBTA Foundation, Good360, and The Hensley Group, where strategic marketing and development efforts were key to increasing donor engagement and operational success. Daphne holds a Global Leadership Professional certificate from The Wharton School.
