Jessica Mancari has extensive work experience in the field of communications and strategic leadership. Jessica began their career in 2004 as a Freelance Writer for Chester Village News. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the Communications Director for a U.S. Congressman, leading public and media relations efforts. In 2012, Jessica started their own business, Jessica Mancari Communication, where they offered executive communications consulting and writing services to CEOs, elected officials, and senior leaders. During this time, they also contributed as a writer to various boutique publications. In 2014, they joined Adfero as the Director of Content Strategy, where they established and oversaw the content strategy team and led branded content initiatives for major clients like Philips, Microsoft, UnitedHealth Group, and AT&T. Jessica's most recent role is with the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), where they started in 2017. Jessica initially served as the Executive Communications Director and Speechwriter, leading executive communications and thought leadership strategy, including speechwriting for the President and CEO. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President, Executive and Leadership Communications, and in 2023, they further advanced to become the Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications at ACLI.
Jessica Mancari holds a Master's Degree in Communication, which they obtained from The Johns Hopkins University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Communications Pre-Law from Lee University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Jessica also obtained a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in September 2020.
