Arman Zhumazhanov

Arman Zhumazhanov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in higher education and administration. Currently serving as a Project Associate at the American Council on Education since July 2023, and as a Data Analyst at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis since March 2023, Arman has held various leadership roles at Nazarbayev University since August 2010, including Head of the Office of the President and Director of the Department of International Cooperation. Previous positions include Assistant to the Chairman at Eastcomtrans and internships at Podesta Group and Three Value Logic. Arman holds a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Master of Public Administration from Nazarbayev University, an MBA from Colorado State University Pueblo, and a BA in Economics and Administrative Sciences from Selçuk Üniversitesi.
