Karen Adams

Karen Adams has over two decades of experience in operations and collections within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Account Operations and previously as the Director of Credit Reporting at American Credit Acceptance since August 2019, Karen has held multiple leadership positions focused on operations support and analytics. Prior to this, Karen worked at Fifth Third Bank for 11 years, progressing from a Bankcard Collection Representative to a Mortgage Default Supervisor. Karen began their career at Citi as a Collections Representative from 2001 to 2007. Karen's educational background includes completion of studies at Scott High School between 1994 and 1997.
