Mike Olivo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Mike served as the Director of Product Development and Senior Manager of Marine & Hotel Operations at American Cruise Lines from 2019 to present. Prior to this, they were a Co Managing Partner at Dragonfly Hospitality Group starting from 2017. Mike also worked as a Product & Contracting Manager at G Adventures from 2018 to 2019 and as a Product Manager at Pearl Seas Cruises from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they held various positions at American Cruise Lines, including Tour Operations Department Manager, Tour Operations Manager, and Cruise Director/ Hotel Manager from 2009 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a Graduate Resident Assistant at Johnson & Wales University from 2011 to 2013 and a Visitor Center Specialist at Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2009 to 2013. Mike started their career as a Head Concierge/ Guest Service Staff at Renaissance Providence Hotel at Sage Hospitality Resources from 2007 to 2009.
Mike Olivo earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Mike went on to complete their education at the same institution by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business Leadership - Marketing from 2011 to 2013.
