Joan Akita

Joan Akita has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 with Enterprise Mortgage Group as a Senior Loan Officer. Joan then worked as a Senior Loan Consultant at Rancho Vista Mortgage from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they became a Realtor at Rexsi from 2015 to 2017 and later at HCM Real Estate from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Senior Loan Officer and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at American Financial Network, Inc. Joan then worked as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at RANCHO VISTA MORTGAGE CORPORATION from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they joined ML Home Loans as a Senior Mortgage Specialist for a year. Most recently, since 2023, they have taken on the role of Director of Market Structure at American Dream Media & Technology.

Joan Akita completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University. Joan attended the university from 1998 to 2001.
