Jack Keane

Jack Keane is a seasoned legal and executive professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Having joined American Electric Power in 2004, Jack served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel until retirement in 2010, following a prior role in the same company from 2010 to 2010. Before that, Jack was part of Northeast Utilities from 1980 to 2002, where responsibilities included Vice President, Treasurer, General Counsel, and Chief Administrative Officer. Jack holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
