Grace Park

Grace Park currently serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Litigation Counsel at PSEG. Prior to their current role, Grace held positions such as Acting Union County Prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor's office, Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, and Assistant U.S. Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office. Grace also has experience working as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for Hon. William H. Walls at the United States District Court Judge, District of New Jersey. Grace holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
