Laila Hanandeh

Laila Hanandeh serves as a Program Manager in Foreign and Defense Policy at the American Enterprise Institute, a position held since October 2019, which follows their roles as Research Associate and Research Assistant focusing on Middle Eastern Studies and National Security. Previously, Laila worked as an Account Executive at The Neuron, where responsibilities included quality assurance and Google Ads management. Laila’s early experience includes a Tax Intern role at EY, generating corporate tax returns and market research, and a Statistics and Data Analysis Intern position at Working In Support of Education, where a statistical model assessing financial literacy was developed. Academic achievements include participation in prestigious programs at Drew University, where Laila earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science, along with notable awards in Model United Nations competitions.
