Jeff Frye

Jeff Frye has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and rewards. Jeff currently holds the position of Head of Total Rewards & HRIS at American Equity since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles such as Vice President of Compensation and Executive Compensation. Before Ameriprise, they worked at Best Buy as a Senior Manager and Manager of Executive Compensation, where they managed executive compensation programs and played a key role in the company's global rewards strategy. Jeff also worked as a Compensation Consultant at Clark Consulting and as a Financial Analyst at TCF Bank.

Jeff Frye completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Psychology at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, which they completed at the same institution from 2005 to 2007.
