Tatiyana Cure

Tatiyana Cure has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tatiyana started their career as an Intern at the State of Connecticut - Office of the Governor in 2009. Following this, they worked as a Brand Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Tatiyana joined The Compliance Search Group, LLC as an Executive Recruiter, a role they held until 2015. Tatiyana then moved to Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) as an Executive Recruiter, where they worked from 2015 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2022, Tatiyana served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Learning, FVP at Bank Leumi USA. During their time there, they played a key role in leading talent initiatives and implementing systems and processes that supported the company's growth and evolution.

In 2022, they joined Zuum Transportation as the Director of Talent, where they remained until 2023. Currently, Tatiyana is working as a Talent Development Manager at American Equity, a position they have held since March 2023.

Tatiyana Cure is currently pursuing a degree in COR.E Dynamics Specialist (CLDS) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching since 2021. Prior to that, Tatiyana studied Political Science and Government at the University of Connecticut, although the exact duration is unknown. Additionally, Tatiyana has obtained several certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in March 2022, Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching in November 2021, SLII Certified Facilitator from The Ken Blanchard Companies in March 2021, and Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification from CrossKnowledge in August 2017.
