Roopa Paul is a seasoned Senior Engineer at American Express since June 2019, with a strong background in technical project management, Splunk architecture, and service-oriented architecture. Prior to American Express, Roopa worked as a Senior Specialist at HCL Technologies and spent nearly a decade at Syntel as a Splunk Developer-Admin and Technical Project Manager.
