Ryann Foelker

Ryann Foelker is an accomplished design leader with significant experience in strategy design and innovation within the insurance industry and beyond. Currently serving as Strategy Design Director at American Family Insurance since June 2018, Ryann has driven human-centered design initiatives and developed business cases for innovation grounded in customer value. Previous roles include Digital Transformation Master at American Family Insurance and Advisor to the Board for Women In Big Data, where Ryann contributed to strategic direction and fundraising efforts. As an Executive Consultant, Ryann co-designed a transformative care model for a biopharmaceutical company. Additionally, experience as an Art Director at Sonic Foundry Inc. and founder of Dilemma Studio showcases strong leadership in strategic design and operations. Ryann began the career as a Design Researcher at Johnson Health Tech, focusing on strategic marketing and product innovation after graduating with a BFA in Industrial and Product Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
