Stephanie Castle serves as the NY Women for the Land Program Manager at American Farmland Trust, where leadership focuses on facilitating conservation practices for farmers in New York, particularly in the Genesee River watershed. Castle co-owns TENDERFOOT FARM, a diversified organic farm specializing in heirloom vegetables, flowers, and free-range chicken. Previous roles include Genesee River Coalition Coordinator at Monroe County Conservation District, US Co-Secretary for the International Joint Commission, and Environmental Analyst for the Lake Champlain Basin Program. Castle holds a Master of Science in Fluvial Geomorphology from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
