Jerrica Bueide

Jerrica Bueide, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional and cycling instructor with a diverse background in HR management and training coordination. Currently serving as a Cycling Instructor at Ride Cycle Studios since January 2024, Jerrica has held various HR roles at American Federal Bank since November 2020, progressing from Coordinator to Officer/Human Resources Generalist. Previous experience includes positions at CycleBar, Northern Improvement Company, Teleperformance, Dakota Supply Group, Ralph Engelstad Arena, and Grand Forks Park District, where Jerrica demonstrated skills in modernizing HR practices, conducting interviews, and managing employee records. Jerrica earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
