Mark Steigleder

Mark Steigleder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety management and business ownership. Currently serving as the Corporate Safety Director for American Fence Company since December 2022, Mark also owns Sierra Enterprises, focusing on training individuals in sudden cardiac arrest response. From February 2016 to November 2022, Mark held various roles at Darigold, including Performance System Manager and Health and Safety Manager, where responsibilities included compliance management, safety training, and performance improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Mark's earlier career includes investigative roles in adult protection and benefits delivery, as well as traffic management and military service in the Idaho Air National Guard. Mark holds a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies from Boise State University and several certificates from Villanova University, including Six Sigma Black Belt and project management.
