Karen Montalvo

Karen Montalvo has extensive experience in management and sales within the hospitality and educational services sectors. Currently serving as State Manager at American Fidelity since March 2013, Karen oversees daily operations and a team of nine sales representatives in Southern California, focusing on customer service and account retention. Previous roles include Account Manager at Hilton, National Sales Manager at Joie de Vivre Hospitality, and General Manager positions at Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants and Ayres Hotel Group. Additionally, Karen held the role of Director of Sales, Catering and Marketing at Residence Inn Ontario and began a career as Sales Manager in 1989. Karen is an alumnus of Mohawk Valley Community College.
