Richard Amon

Richard Amon has a diverse work experience in the field of commercial real estate and development. Richard is currently serving as the President of Commercial Real Estate & Development at American Fidelity since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Avison Young | North Carolina from November 2018 to November 2021. Richard also worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Asset Management at Colliers International from July 2013 to November 2018. Before that, Richard has held several executive roles in various companies such as Stellar Contracting, Inc., MetLife, Harbor Group Management Co., LLC, Sumitomo Life Realty, Cousins Properties, and Coca-Cola Company.

Richard Amon has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Shorter University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Richard also has an Associate of Science - AS degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University Perimeter College, which they earned between 1998 and 2000.
